Ian Tilghman

The founder of Off The Record. A veteran DJ with over a decade of weddings, club residencies, and private parties, Ian has gotten luxury event entertainment down to a science. Since founding Off The Record, Ian has DJ’d weddings from Kauai to Italy (twice), Mexico (twice), and across the US.

He began DJ’ing on the East Coast and attributes his extensive musical knowledge to his surfing and skateboarding upbringing in coastal Maryland, citing New Wave, Reggae, and Punk as the genres that fueled his musical passions. Throughout his career, Ian stayed true to the game, with analog beat-matching and focus on a wide knowledge of all dance genres, from rap/hip-hop/R&B to soul/disco/boogie/house/electro. His deep understanding of the similarities between tempo and percussion of the many varied genres and styles across the eras of modern music allows him to blend and focus on the classics of DJ’ing.

Aaron Castle

Aaron has been a staple in the Los Angeles nightlife scene since 2008, spinning everything from the hottest Hollywood clubs to Downtown warehouse parties. Aaron is the founder of several popular parties like The Hump, a 2000s Throwback hip hop after-hours, A club called Rhonda, a disco house mecca, and many DJ residencies around Los Angeles including The Roosevelt Hotel, Apotheke, The Short Stop, Little Joy to name a few. Aaron’s diverse range of knowledge of musical genres including Disco House to Hip-Hop and Reggaeton has gained him a loyal following of music fans from his years of experience.

In recent years, Aaron’s DJ pedigree has led him to work hundreds of events in the luxury wedding and private events circuit, both in Southern California as well as across North America.

John Rambo

John grew up playing in a rock-n-roll band in the grassy suburbs of Baltimore, MD and began producing music on his laptop after moving out west for school. Through his love for music, art, and hospitality, John and his friends started throwing events in SoCal under their label, Disco Naps, booking acts such as Toro y moi, Eli Escobar, No Regular Play and nights with Amtrac, Tilman, and Jimmy Rouge. He’s had the honor to play bucket list events like Coachella, CRSSD, and HARD, and his Debut EP was released in 2018 on Disco Naps.

Nick Bland

Nick is a long-time DJ and hospitality professional with over a decade of experience. Hailing from the small town of Wilmington, NC now residing in the big city of Chicago, IL his career ranges from clubs and small venues to large weddings and festivals. Nick’s mixes are overall stylish and known to transcend a multitude of genres.

David Adusei

With over 12 years of living in New York, David has honed his skills across many industries, from working with independent record labels to gaining valuable experience in tech and media. His unique experience and expansive knowledge of music in the digital age allow him to blend musical genres and create unforgettable client experiences.

From international touring to headlining high-profile events at iconic venues such as House of Yes, the Standard, and Soho House, David has consistently delivered exceptional musical experiences that elevate every occasion.

Matt Lloyd

Matt Lloyd, a rising DJ talent from Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina, has quickly become a recognizable face in the local and regional music scene with his infectious energy and genuine smile. Influenced by legends in the industry, Matt has taken the torch and run with it, making waves at major events like HighTide Music Festival, where he played alongside renowned artists like Dombresky, twinsick, Kream, Frank Walker, Autograf, and Sam Feldt.

In addition to playing at festivals, he is also the co-founder of Soundwavves, a monthly DJ party that has quickly gained traction in Wilmington and surrounding areas, helping to bring house music to the forefront of local venues.

Matt is set to light up the stage at Breakaway Music Fest, Another World, and HighTide Music Festival this year, with more shows to come. His dynamic performances and passion for music are not to be missed.

Nina Tarr

Nina has solidified herself in the nightlife scene with her impressively diverse musical taste, vinyl-spinning skills, and residences at some of the hottest spots in Los Angeles and New York. She is known for curating some of the hippest events in Los Angeles and New York, one of which was the very popular residency “All Girls, All Vinyl,” where female vinyl DJs exhibited their skills on the decks.

Nina has DJed alongside the likes of Questlove, Thom Yorke, Nigel Godrich, Todd Edwards, and many more. She incorporates a unique blend of funk, glam, afrobeat, world, boogie, hip hop, new wave, electro, post-punk, kraut, disco, groove and soul.

Nina’s taste, knowledge, and professionalism has garnered her the illustrious title of chief music curator for the Soho Grand Hotel in New York City, The Roxy Hotel in Tribeca NYC, and Spiegelworld’s most recent project and venue, Superfrico at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.
